Host Responsibilities

• Accurately describe listings in all respects
• Maintain the property in good condition
• Honor confirmed reservations
• Respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Store79 is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Store79 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the platform.
